Abstract

The article analyzes the issues related to cultism in
Malaysia. The problem relating to cultism needs to be urgently
addressed qs it directly affects lslamic theology and Muslims.
Althouglt Malaysia has witnessed rapid deoelopment in the field of
lslamic understanding and da'zoah missionary among the Muslim
community, the cult moaement is still rampant. This scenario has
raised questions on factors that contribute to the moaement of
cultism among the Muslim community. All data is analyzed
inductioely and deductiaely to expose the important factors that
contribute to the moaement of cultism in Malaysia beside the
solutions and actions that can be taken to combat this problem
successfully.
